A delicious low-carb zucchini - noodle chicken dish

Good news for the noodle lovers among us! this low-carb zucchini - noodle chicken recipe you can continue to enjoy a delicious portion of noodles while following the low-carb diet.

IMPORTANT NOTE: recipe are quantities for 2 meals, the meal in "MEAL ANALYSIS" is one meal.


200 gr chicken fillet

1 tsp paprika powder (2.3 gr)

1 tsp sambal oelek (5 gr)

2 tbsp soy sauce (32 gr)

1/2 tbsp olive oil (3.5 gr)

1 or 2 tsp Chinese five-spice mix (to taste, can dominate quickly) (1 = 15,77 gr)

2 tbsp butter or olive oil (15 gr)

150 gr grated white cabbage

150 gr chestnut mushrooms

30 g leeks

1/4 red pepper (0.1 gr)

300 gr zucchini spaghetti

Preparation method

  1. Dice the chicken fillet and put the cubes in a large bowl. Then add the paprika, sambal, soy sauce, olive oil and  five-spice mix to the bowl and mix.
  2. Cut the mushrooms, leeks and peppers into small pieces and set them aside.
  3. Then heat 2 tbsp olive oil over a medium heat in a large wok. Add the chicken fillet cubes and cook until tender. Add the mushrooms, leek, bell pepper and grated cabbage and fry for a few minutes, stirring.
  4. Finally add the zucchini spaghetti and fry it for 2 minutes. Divide the contents of the pan over two plates and enjoy!
